What happens if my engineer doesn’t show up?
If your engineer no-shows, we immediately offer a fast reassignment or a full refund. You won’t be asked to chase anyone down or accept a bad experience.
How are engineers vetted?
We screen for real interview experience, seniority, communication, and coaching quality. We only match learners with engineers who can explain the bar clearly and give actionable feedback.
How long is each session?
Each session is 60 minutes. That includes a realistic mock interview plus direct feedback while the session is still fresh, followed by written takeaways afterward.
Can I book multiple sessions?
Yes. Many candidates book two or three sessions when they want repetition, a second opinion, or targeted prep for different companies and interview formats.
What is the refund policy?
If we can’t deliver the booked session, you can choose reassignment or a full refund. For quality issues or advance scheduling changes, we handle rebooking and refunds case by case with the goal of being fair and fast.
